Thanks to the donations, and the new server which Zet has found we could finally upgrade to Gigabit! We hope you’ll enjoy the fast download speeds.
The bandwidth isn’t unlimited, currently we have 50TB for a month, but if we have enough donations, and support with the ads we can upgrade to 100TB any time, or even more, so if you like the new server please consider supporting us.
Basically the amount of monthly income will decide how much bandwdith we can pay for, thereby how much download speed we can enable / user, currently it’s set to 200 kB/s.

We’ve also added BitCoin to our donations page, as multiple people requested it.

To keep the new server alive we’ve enabled adf.ly for the download links, since 90% of you supported the idea in our previous polls, it should generate enough income to pay the website, at least starting from the next month, if you’d like to support us please don’t use adblockers, and wait 5 sec before a download, it isn’t much time!
Clicksor has been enabled for guests; users who aren’t registered (or aren’t logged in) to the website. If you’d like to support us with Clicksor you need to logout to see the ads, if you don’t want to see Clicksor you can register/log-in to the website, though you can’t support the site like that! I hope everyone is satisfied with this solution.

Since our previous server had some problems, like low monthly bandwidth usage (and more bandwidth would have cost too much) we’ve decided to get a new Gigabit server with more bandwidth!

You’ll instantly notice that the download speeds are MUCH faster now, real Gigabit speeds! Please consider donating if you like the new server since we didn’t get much donations in the last months, and our new server will cost €149 / month!

Some important things to know:

• Right now you can only download our newest releases on MEGA!
• Most of our downloads are available through our previous Gigabit server until the 18th of this month, but NOT the new uploads (uploaded since Aug 10).
• You can also get the torrent files from the Dropbox collection.
• The new, “main” server will be back from September 1, otherwise we’d have to pay 0.05 EUR / GB, for this month (after 2 days we already have to pay 250 EUR).

Sorry about the downtime, we had to purchase a new web-server, and a new domain address, our new address from now on is: hi10anime.com – be sure to bookmark it!

You can read our other important news here, about our Gigabit Server! In short, our current server will work until the 18th, and the new (much faster) server will resume working from September 1st, between that time you can use MEGA, and Torrents.
We advise everyone to register to the website if you have any kind of problems.

Some things may be lost, due to the sudden suspension from our web-host, but we’ll try to make everything available again, please be patient, as this takes a lot of work!

A note from Zet: I would just like to personally thank everyone who has donated so far. I didn’t think we’d receive so many donations ranging from small to big. We now have enough to pay for 3-4 months of hosting with our host for the downloads.

Update:
We’ve added a new page to the website, called “External Mirrors“, visitors can share our releases here, which have been reuploaded to external mirrors, like Hotfile, Mediafire, etc. You can already download a lot of things here ! It’s great to use while our DDL service isn’t back, which should be within a few days!
We’ll need to pay the price first (250€ + 150€), and wait until our provider receives the payment! We don’t want them to overcharge us again, and bill even more! You can expect Gigabit DDL to be back on September 2nd!

We had several problems lately with our servers, and we had to buy a new server again, due to DMCA problems. The good news is the site should be stable from now on !

Some people reported problems with the registration, now you can register without e-mail verification, if you had problems you can try registering now!

Our website is back now! Sorry for the downtime, since our site used too much resources and bandwidth we needed to upgrade for another package.
From now on you shouldn’t see any more errors on the website, and it should be faster, more stable! However, our monthly costs will increase from 160€ to 180€ / month!

There are some good new we can announce about the new season – since we have enough encoders we’ve decided that it will be possible for multiple encoders to encode the same series, from different Fansub groups!
Our first priority always was to use the best quality fansub for our encodes, and this will never change! However by releasing multiple encodes we can also provide faster releases (by encoding from fast groups like HorribleSubs) for people who can’t wait for the new episodes, while also encoding the best quality release available as usual!

We’ll have to pay our Gigabit DDL server until the end of October, and we’ll also have to pay a new server for the website.

Our previous webserver provider suddenly decided that they’ll close down their services… so the new VPS webserver we’ve ordered some days ago won’t work any more, and they can’t even pay our money back, while giving us the following statement: “Suggest you all look for a different hosting provider. To the honest paying clients we are really sorry.”

So this means we had to get a new server again. We’re sorry for the inconvience, but the site should be fast and stable from now on, as we’re using a much better, reliable hosting.

June 21, 2014 – We’ve changed the design of the website after 3 years, we hope that everyone will enjoy the new layout!

June 20, 2014 - Thanks for everyone who helped out, the issue about “SERVER SPACE ALMOST NULL” has been solved, we’ve successfully upgraded our server, and now it has 6 TB of disk space !

June 19, 2014 – About the advertisements on the website! We’ve got several feedbacks about the current bc.vc ads, which loads every time visitors click on a link, and considering them we’ll test out another type of ads in the upcoming days… please leave your feedback here, if it works better for everyone (I’ve also added a poll, so you can vote about it!) we’ll use them in the future instead!

What will change? The current bc.vc advertisement loads each time, when you click on a link on the website, which may be too annoying for some of you. The new ad-system will use shorte.st, which has a great option that bc.vc lacks, only 1 advertisement will be displayed in an hour (1 ad / 1 hour)! So this means that once every 60 minutes you only need to click on an ad for 5 seconds, instead of waiting all the time. We hope this will be more convenient for visitors that don’t have a premium member account for the website, and as usual, for premium members this ad won’t be displayed! I’d also like to thank everyone who have donated, and for the different suggestions that we got in your e-mails about improving Hi10 Anime even further!

We’ve decided to keep our Gigabit server and we’ll make some changes to the website, which will probably help so that we can keep our servers in the future more easily!

Since too many visitors reported looping problems with Linkbucks Ads we’ve decided to test a different service instead! There’s a new poll about it in this post, please vote!

- We had to remove some of our series, because we got a Copyright Infringement from Funimation. Our PayPal account has been also disabled, until further review, it depends on PayPal if we can use it later, or not, we’ll try to work out a solution. We have also added a page about DMCA to our website, and licensed series will be removed in the future, when asked to prevent future conflicts.

– While the DDL links have been updated to point to the new server, the torrents will take some time to be processed separately for corrections. In the meantime, you can read the FAQ to learn how to update the web seeds for the torrent yourself, especially if your torrent is stuck with no seeders.

– Also, we have added Western Union and MoneyGram to our website, as requested! From now on you can send us money with Western Union & MoneyGram, which should work in the whole world, and also for Asian countries !

We did everything that we could, and removed the series that Funimation asked after we got the Copyright Infringement letter. Despite all of our efforts, PayPal decided that they won’t give our account back, they will hold up to all of our money for 180 days (and pay for any claims from it, which they get until that time), and we won’t be able to use their services any more.

Without donations we won’t be able to pay our servers, and keep up the website, so we’ve decided to create some new polls, and ask the opinion from you all:
